Electrical Recycling
Over the last few years with the introduction of the Waste Electrical Regulations, we have developed a simple collection and disposal service for Waste electrical items. Under the Waste Electrical Regulations, all electrical items from domestic toasters and Kettles, Office and computer equipment, to TV’s, Fridges and large industrial items, have to be disposed of to a waste electrical reprocessor.
Whilst Fluorescent Tubes and industrial bulbs, are not technically Waste Electrical. As they are Hazardous Wastes, our Waste Electrical collection service offers a simple and cost effective method of disposal.
Our simple service it to collect the Waste Electrical items, either individually or on pallets, thereafter the wastes are transported to one of our three fully licensed transfer and treatment centers at Thirsk, York and Malton where they are sorted and recycled.
